Made from naturally soft and moisture-wicking 100% Merino wool, this midweight yet insulating face cover is designed for outdoor performance. Thermal balaclava keeps you shielded from wind, cold, and snow without sacrificing breathability. Perfect for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling, or everyday winter wear, the snug fit ensures men's balaclava stays in place under helmets or hats. For added versatility, the ski mask can be easily lowered from the face and worn under the chin when you need more airflow.

    Composition: 100% Virgin Merino wool
    Fabric construction: Interlock
    Weight: Midweight, 250 g/m²

    Made from midweight Merino wool in a durable interlock knit, this garment provides extra warmth and a more substantial feel than lightweight layers. Ultra-soft (17.5–18.5 µm) and naturally insulating, it is ideal for colder conditions, winter layering, and low-to-mid intensity activities.
    • Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle wool cycle (max. 800 rpm) with similar colors.
    • Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.
    • Iron at low temperature if needed.
    • Do not dry clean to avoid fabric damage.
    • Gently reshape and dry flat, away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not tumble dry.

      The fit is really good, and it works well whether you wear it with or without a hat. Its a bit thin, but that can actually be an advantage in milder weather, as it prevents you from overheating.

      Hooded balaclava is well made, with neatly finished, wide seams and a soft, pleasant feel. The material is odorless, and the balaclava is ready to use right out of the package. The balaclava is comfortable to wear and fits well under my bicycle helmet. For light protection on cooler days, especially as a layer under other gear, this balaclava is a high-quality natural product.

      Workmanship is solid. Breathing through the fabric is easy, and its comfortable to wear whether pulled up over the mouth or worn down. It provides enough warmth for transitional seasons, though it may be a bit too thin for the depths of winter. On the plus side, the thin design makes it very comfortable to wear.
