Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle and with similar colors. Do not tumble dry and make sure that when ironing you use a low temperature. Never use bleaches or softeners, and never dry the piece in direct sunlight. We recommend air-drying to extend the life of each product.

A Gentle Note on Intimates & Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened intimate items (including thongs, bikini panties, boxer shorts, and socks) unless the item is faulty.
Bras may be tried on for fit. However, to qualify for a return, they must remain in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and completely free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume.

I purchased these for my boyfriend to introduce him to wool underwear. They really liked them, they fit well, and he found them more comfortable than similar products from other brands. However, both pairs have developed huge holes and runs in the knit fabric, starting at the sewn seams after only months of normal wear and washing. It is unsustainable and these are WAY too expensive to be only used for a few months. Disappointing from a company who seems to promote and support sustainability.

My honest review is 3 stars. Purchased in November. Very comfortable but not very durable. Two of the three pairs have runs and holes. Have washed them maybe ten times. Air dried in all cases. Washed on wool gentle cycle.

Purchased these in November 2025 (less than a year ago). Two of three pairs have runs and holes. I always wash on a gentle wool cycle with Woolite and air dry. I wear for multiple day before washing. Inexpensive cotton underwear last more than a year. I had higher expectations given the cost.
